Customizable Service Agreements

Network Imaging Systems offers flexible service options that may cover parts, labor, planned maintenance (PM), and X-ray tubes or any combination of these. We tailor our agreements to your operational and budgetary requirements. Our goal is to support you with the right level of service to sustain system uptime and minimize unbudgeted expense. You can mix and match your service plan in any combination you want. The most popular combinations we see are listed below:  

  • Full Service Agreement - Includes all parts and labor for maintenance and repair, scheduled PM’s, and X-ray tube coverage. This level of service allows you to budget your fixed service expense throughout the covered period while leaving the rest to us.
  • Full Service Agreement without X-ray tubes – Includes all parts and labor to maintain and repair your CT system including scheduled PM’s. X-ray tubes and installation are billed separately.
  • Planned Maintenance Agreement – Assures your PM’s are completed on schedule. Attention to detail during PM’s is essential to ongoing and reliable system performance. The cost for repairs, including labor, parts and x-ray tubes, are billed separately.
  • Non-contract Service – No contract? No worries! NIS offers service on a non-contract basis as well. Hourly labor rates apply and parts and X-ray tubes are billed at time of consumption.  If this is your first service call, NIS offers the first 2 hours of service at no cost.  We are just a call away.

  • Direct Access to NIS Service Engineers - NIS service engineers can be reached directly without navigating an answering service or dealing with call center delays.
  • Guaranteed Response Time - NIS customers know we will be there when they need us. We guarantee a response time that is right for each customer’s business and put it in writing in the service agreement.
  • Guaranteed Availability - NIS service engineers are available when you need them; including after business hours, on weekends, and during holidays.
  • Local Parts Inventory - NIS stocks all the most commonly used parts in our Charlotte warehouse. This allows us to offer same day parts for repairs and eliminatae the wait for the FedEx truck.
  • Remote Diagnostics - All contract customers receive our remote diagnostic package.  This allows us to diagnose many problems from our office before showing up on site with the correct part.  This means less downtime for your CT business.
